Hi, I LOVE your product. I am running OSX 10.4.11 and Enclose 1.0.3

I have had to reinstall it twice in the short time I've been using it (but I forgot why I had to do that), and can't figure out why I can't get my own server to work, but am using .mac (er, I mean .me) and happy enough with that.

Somewhere along the line, everything in my Sent List disappeared, and now remains empty after I send something. I looked around in the prefs and such, but don't see a place to change that. Any hints? I like to have a record of when and what I sent out. The original emails generated by Enclose don't appear in my Sent email list, either.

thank you!
betty

If you are creating emails in Enclose (as is the default), they should be listed in the Sent list. Uploaded files should also be listed in the Files list. Do they appear there in Files.

Both lists come from Enclose's internal database file, which is at (your home folder)/Library/Application Support/Enclose/Enclose Database.sqlite3 . If you are having problems, you can send me that file for investigation.

Other things you can try (with Enclose not open):

- Drag "Enclose Database.sqlite3" to your Desktop and rename "Enclose Database backup.sqlite3" to the former name (without "backup"). This backup is from the most previous run of Enclose, so it may not help at this point.

- Or, Drag "Enclose Database.sqlite3" to your Desktop and start over with new settings (you'll get the Setup Assistant when you open Enclose). This doesn't preserve your previous records, but should give you a clean start that should keep working.
