Unfortunately, Enclose 1.0.3 is not compatible with Snow Leopard. Error messages appear when Enclose is opened. We're working on this issue and expect to have a new release soon.

The new version will be free for current Enclose customers. For release news, subscribe to the RSS feed on this page or follow me on Twitter.

Correction:  Enclose 1.0.3 works on Snow Leopard, but not if you've been running Enclose on Leopard (10.5). New users on Snow Leopard should be fine. The real problem is reading the Leopard-created internal Enclose database when running Enclose on Snow Leopard.

Here's a beta version of the next Enclose release should should allow current Enclose users to upgrade without problems. If you are an Enclose user upgrading to Snow Leopard, please try it and let me know your results, positive or negative.

1.0.4b2 seems to be working OK with Snow Leopard. I previously had 1.0.4b1 which you sent me to deal with large file problems with Go Daddy.

Paul,

Further to my experience with 1.0.4b2 and Snow Leopard. I am having a problem when sending files. It seems that my first attempt at sending a new file just results in the activity spinner continuing without the file actually being sent. Closing Enclose and restarting and choosing Send Again works. Can you take a look at this?

Enclose 1.1 is now available (Use the Enclose link in the main menu above). This takes care of all known issues with Snow Leopard and OS upgrades in general. It also features new automatic zip options, multiple-server popup selector, and updated MobileMe references.
