I have several domains at pair.com, and while they work fine with Fetch (see below), I can't figure out the correct path to use with Enclose. Any help would be appreciated, because it if works it'll save me a lot of trouble...

Thanks!

hmm... your system won't allow me to upload a TIFF screen capture. Says it can't find the path. I'm running 10.5.8 in the native Japanese mode, so there are probably non-ASCII characters in the path, but on a Mac that shouldn't matter, right?

Anyway, Fetch info as per the shortcut entry:
Name: My clients
Kind: Folder
hostname: www.intercomltd.com
username: name
Connecting using: FTP
Enable encryption: off
Password: duh
path: /usr/www/users/name/intercomltd/clients
port: unspecified

For the record, we got Enclose working with this pair.com site, using:
hostname:www.<customdomain>.com
Enclose folder pathname:public_html/<customdomain>/enclose
Download URL: http://www.<customdomain>.com/enclose

The foldername doesn't have to be "enclose", it can be whatever you like. This can be changed in Gracion Preferences after finishing with the setup assistant.

Yup, he sure did.

Paul was giving me 24/7 service (well, it didn't even take 7 to fix the problem, but he gave me 24!), and even went out of his way to explain what RTFM meant in nice terms.

I have bought one license and will be buying a few more next week for machines in the office; I also lauded the app on a few professional forums I'm in.

Thanks, Paul!
